Membership

Full membership is open to all residents of Canada (or any other free country) who own a Russian or Ukrainian made motorcycle, or a motorcycle fitted with an Ural or Dnepr sidecar. Membership numbers are assigned sequentially on a first come, first served basis but hold no special significance and may even be interpreted as proof of your IQ level. The CURD founder reserves the right to be referred to as the "Head Cheese" (but will respond to almost any name if the caller is holding a cold, unopened beer in their hand), other members may appoint themselves into whatever role they so desire.

Rules

The rules are very simple - there are none, other than some simple common sense stuff like "don't feed the bears", "be nice to your little brother" and "first the pants, THEN the shoes". There are no dues, no mandatory meetings, no obligations, no mandatory attendance at events... heck, you don't even have to wear clothes when you're hanging out with us if you don't want to. All we ask is that you love Russian bikes and have a desire to be associated with a bunch of tundra-tromping foilheads who are just like you.

To join, send an email to the Head Cheese with "Membership Request" in the subject line. Please include your name, nickname, city, province/state and country of residence, as well as what make, model and year of bike(s) you ride. If you would like to appoint yourself into a staff position, please include the title you wish to be referred by and why you think you are the best candidate for the job. Please note that the position of "Official Consort And Snugglebunny To The Head Cheese" has already been filled.
